My Professional Journey

1

Military Foundation

My professional career began as an officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine after graduating from the Military Academy of the Ground Forces in Odesa.

I initially served in the Presidential Guard of Honor and later became a company commander.

2

International Defense Cooperation

At the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, I spent five years as a Senior Liaison Officer with the Bilateral Ukrainian-American Office.

I later managed U.S. Embassy training programs in Kyiv, supported VIP delegations, coordinated officer exchange programs, and contributed to the establishment of NSO schools.

3

OSCE and Work in Conflict-Affected Environments

For more than eight years, I worked with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.

As National Executive Officer and National Security Officer with the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine, I was responsible for security and administration, worked throughout the country—including conflict-affected areas on both sides of the contact line—and responded to real-world security incidents.
